Before entering the Golf Business, Bay specialized in Internet Marketing, and earned a reputation as being one of the top Search Engine Optimization Specialists in the Country.
In 2002, Bay started a company called Tin Cup Media, which provided website design for golf courses. In 2004, Bay joined Franklin Golf and co-founded Course Logix, which helps increase profitability and streamline operations for golf courses throughout the United States.
Bay has a business degree from the University of Central Florida specializing in Marketing & Hospitality Management.
